Cilj treninga je da ljudi u proizvodnji dobiju znanje o osnovnim principima obe filozofije, i njihovoj vezi. Na prvom delu obuke se radi obnavljanje osnovnih pojmova ove dve filozofije, cene koštanja i capex analize. Cost management je sledeća tema, preko koje će polaznici dobiti znanja o naprednim tehnikama upravljanja troškovima kao što su ABC i Target costing. Business case je veliki primer iz prakse gde se polaznici stavljaju u situaciju da primene sva prethodna znanja iz controllinga, kaizena, upravljanja troškovima, analize capexa, dobijena na prvom i drugom nivou KAIZEN™ controllinga.


Trening KAIZEN™ Vođenje zaposlenih na shopfloor-u je treći u serijalu treninga prilagođenih za team lildere na shopfloor-u. Cilj treninga jeste osnaživanje team lidera kroz model situacionog liderstva. Upoznavanje lidera sa modelom i razvijanje veštine primene kroz praktične primere i diskusiju. Deo treninga posvećuje se upravljanju zaposlenima, sa orijentacijom na cilj koji svaki operater ima na svakodnevnom nivou. Razvijanje stila vođenja kod lidera u kriznim i izazovnim situacijama.
