KAIZEN™ Controlling 1 je moderan trening koji pokazuje vezu između dve filozofije u biznisu, nemački controlling i japanski kaizen. Cilj treninga je da ljudi u proizvodnji dobiju znanje o osnovnim principima obe filozofije, i njihovoj vezi. Prvi deo obuke rezervisan je za objašnjavanje osnovnih pojmova ove dve filozofije. Just in time (JIT - Tačno na vreme) je ekonomski pojam koji predstavlja strategiju smanjenja troškova u proizvodnji, gde se proračunom postiže kraće vreme skladištenja delova, repromaterijala odnosno sirovina ili samo izbegavanje skladištenja, te stavljanje istih u najkraćem roku u proizvodni proces.
