Total Productive Maintenance è il KLE per applicare gli strumenti del miglioramento continuo alla qualità degli impianti. Punta a massimizzarne l’efficienza per mezzo di un sistema permanente di manutenzione preventiva al quale prende parte la totalità dei membri del sito produttivo.
