Workplace Organization or simply called 5S, is an integral part of the Lean and KAIZEN™ process. The 5S’s are Sort (Seiri), Straighten (Seiton), Scrub (Seiso), Standardization (Seiketsu) and Sustain (Shitsuke). This two-day Total Productive Maintenance (Foundations) training is based on Lean principals from Toyota. Learn about the 8 pillars of the TPM system and how to identify the main losses in production and maintenance. Il traguardo è la qualità assoluta, in perfetta rispondenza ai requisiti del cliente. Ma per arrivare alla qualità non c’è solo una via: si può agire sugli effetti, eliminando gli sprechi a valle del processo produttivo con filtri di selezione; oppure si può operare sulle cause dei difetti, mettendo in atto strategie di prevenzione in grado di evitare, a monte, la formazione degli errori. Proprio questo è l’approccio Kaizen. Zero Difetti è il KLE per applicare gli strumenti del miglioramento continuo alla qualità dei prodotti e dei processi in azienda. Niente aula, solo azione: due giorni di lavoro in team sul Gemba, il luogo dove succedono le cose e dove si crea davvero il valore, due giornate per consolidare o apprendere per la prima volta le metodologie Kaizen, risolvendo alcune sfide concrete. Senza metodo, e senza l’entusiasmo di cambiare in meglio, il vero miglioramento non c’è.
